Berkowitz to get marble statue bases which will display plaques with the names of Lifetime Members. Sharp will display some new acquisitions at Dinner and there will be works for sale. Kirwan to dress his room with his artwork.

We are not going to pre-assign volunteer teams to guests - we have to work it as people arrive. We are also not going to have assigned bartenders/appitizer people. Part of the volunteers duties will be to see that their guests have plenty to eat and drink. Dan Berkowitz is making Name Badges and Schedule and Duty cards for the volunteers.

ART PRESENTATIONS:

1) Box of originals that are for sale will be vailable for viewing. We will need a volunteer in charge of this. Tony Payne has been asked but hasn't confirmed.
2) Works from the Permanent Collection. Commander and restorationist, Gary Felgemaker, shall examine these with the guests and determine which pieces need to go to in for repair.
3) The rough sketch for 2004.** Will be on display, framed.
4) New fine art limited edition print for 2004. Volker shall do a presentation.
5) Framed TOM works. Pieces back from recent exhibition will be on display for viewing and consideration for purchase.
6) Information sheet. Explains the difference of TOM works that are on the market and those that are part of the Foundation's Tom of Finland Permanent Collection. Cliff Benjamin to prepare?
7) Framing demo: Eddie Coyote will show us "How to show off your Tom". 

FOOD & BEVERAGE

1) To date there are 17 invited guests confirmed along with 12 volunteers, and then 6-8 board members. This is the most we have ever had at this event. As of 1/22/04 we are planning on dinner for 50. Two volunteers are needed on Saturday, during the afternoon, to help with food preparation.*

2) Things needed:
a) Hard alcohol.
b) Wine.
c) Soft drinks and water/s.
d) Appetizers*.
d) Salad* and French bread.
e) Main course (lemon chicken) There will be help with the entree from an outside source.
f) Side dishes (mashed potatoes, vegetable* (spinach?).
g) Dessert (cobbler from Pasadena?).
h) Coffee, cream & sugar.

Commanders' Dinner

The Foundation hosted the second annual Commanders¹ Dinner in honor of those members who have made contributions of $250 or more. Guests were pampered with cocktails and dinner by friends from the erotic biz and our volunteer corps at Foundation Headquarters.
