“Muscles & Counter-culture” seminar presented by McCann Worldgroup Helsinki — with Petteri Lillberg, S. R. Sharp and Durk Dehner.
Please come along to TOM House on Thursday for the second in an ongoing monthly series of films selected by artists and friends old and new here at TOM’s Foundation.
This month’s selection is by current artist-in-residence Stuart Sandford who has chosen the enfant terrible of New Queer Cinema (RIP) Gregg Araki’s 1997 film Nowhere. Described by the director as “A Beverly Hills 90210 episode on acid”. Nowhere is a companion piece with Araki’s previous LA-based meditations on youth gone wild in the 1990s, Totally F***ed Up and The Doom Generation — Araki’s self-described “teen apocalypse trilogy.
