Network of artists

BLACK BOOK Launched 22nd November 2015

Guests shared and spoke about their contribution to the Los Angeles arts and culture scene. BLACK BOOK is a network of artists, an exclusive set of contacts that grows with each event. Access to BLACK BOOK gives you the name, profession, contact, and that extra something to help sweeten deal. Reach the right people and resources you need for any creative project.

The first BLACK BOOK included Kenny Kenny Gear; Emmy Award winning makeup artist Glen Allen; several decorators from film, television and commercials; a Frenchman (!) cooking fresh crepes; fashion designers; actors; and musicians; to name a few.

On display behind a velvet rope for the rare art showcase was a signed poster by Clive Barker. BLACK BOOK invitations are by direct contact only. No Facebook or social media. If you missed out, don’t worry and stay on the lookout for the next gathering of local artists in ToFF’s eNews.

Los Angeles Archivists Collective Tours TOM House

On 21st November, TOM House hosted a tour requested by the Los Angeles Archivists Collective. They were treated to three different tour guides, S.R. Sharp, Marc Randsdell-Bellenger, and Durk Dehner. For many of the L.A.A.C. members, it was their first visit to TOM House. The final stop on the tour was The Pit, and wrapped up with cocktails and refreshments in TOM’s Bar hosted by Toni Rodriguez.
