Stacy Lande, for example, has developed an international
following for her darkly sensual, Expressionistic portraits that
capture the larger-than-life presence of Los Angeles nightlife performers
of all genders.
Hector Silva and Jose L. de Juan are past prize winners
in the Tom of Finland Foundation’s highly competitive international
art competition; their imagery is the source of arousal for many
a gay man throughout the world.
