This casual evening kicks off the ToFF WeHo/LA Erotic Art Fair Weekend. Artists and collectors socialize against a backdrop of three floors of erotic art from the Permanent Collection, visit Tom's studio and enjoy cocktails and hors d'oeuvres.

On a table easle. Sharp will see if it is possible to exhibit PC piece framed by LA Sisters of Perputal Indulgance. Kirwan will display pieces by LINK (framed by Volker) in the Library w/ a piece that Kirwan has written. Joel displays his gift of KIRWAN piece to ToFF. DECORATIONS: Who is doing the lighting for the outside of the house (light the under-construction area)? Who is painting the 2nd fl. hallway where repairs were done? FOOD: (Michael Kirwan): MENU: Plan for how much? How to refrain from alot of cooking? BEVERAGES: The Smirnoff people will bring the vodka and napkins. Do they bring other liquors? What does ToFF need to supply? The cranberry juice, orange juice, tonic water, soda water, coke and seven-up? Can Sminoff suggest the amounts of mixers needed? Who does lemons/limes? Does TopFF supply glasses? WAITSTAFF: Is Smirnoff supplying two bartenders? What is their "call time"? SOUND SYSTEM: HQ has an expanded sound system. It needs two more speakers set up outside in the side yard and then putting the bigger amp into the closet. Who will do this? SUPPLIES/MATERIALS: Trash cans for recycling and for trash.(w/ bags). 09/30/2006	Goldie does not know how much the bank is going to be and is waiting for the info from the Administrative Office. Who will see that the necessary monies will be in place before Friday?
09/27/2006	Goldie accepts coordinator posistion. Will any of the representatives from Smirnoff be attending the Fair? If so, they need to bring business cards for themselves and a guest, or give the person in charge of the Weekend's Guest List the names before Friday. Consult HQ Exhibition Planning Page for hanging schedule. Who is doing the rearrangement of the new library room so that it can be a showcase for art for sale? The room needs to give an impression that there is some movement in the progression there.
09/26/2006	The House needs to be cleaned several days before the event - the cleaning lady coming twice that week. It would be good to see if we can get some volunteers to come over and assist the two days before and also to work in the garden.
